I am a Senior Manager at the Aspen Institute Financial Security Program, where I drive systems change in public benefits administration by managing multi-state implementation projects and convening government leaders to modernize benefit delivery. Previously, I co-founded the Digital Service team in the Administration for Children and Families, the second-largest division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, which administers programs like Head Start, TANF, child support, and more.

I graduated from Yale with degrees in Applied Math and Sociology and got an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship.

My work or perspective has been featured by the White House, the Washington Post, the New York Times, and peer-reviewed journals. I’ve presented to diverse audiences, from workshops with state administrators to solo conference presentations for several hundred attendees.

I love putting structures in place to make good things happen.
